Alluring Concepts was founded by Alysha Siciliano Perry over 15 years ago. We are a full design and build construction firm with an emphasis on architectural design and overall structure and environmental beautification. We believe the client’s vision, wants, functional needs, and budget are what matters most. Our job is to take those needs and bring them to life.

Full Service Design-Build Construction Firm
From your general vision to the finished project, Alluring Concepts will work with you from the ground up. We will start with designing your blue prints, enter the construction phase to build your dream structure, and then move in the styling phase to bring your vision to life.

Our Workflow

We will come to your home/business for an initial consultation, discuss your vision, needs, budget, timeframe, and answer any questions you may have.
We will draw up a commitment contract based on the scope of the project, including initial estimates. Upon approval of the contract, we will collect the retainer and move to the Design Phase.
We will be so excited to get to work on designing your new space. We will work with you to make the perfect blue
prints, 3-D renderings, and styling options.
This is where the work begins! We will be hands on and have an open line of transparent and open communication
as we work through the actual construction portion of the project.
Once construction is finished we enter into the final (and most fun!) part. We will style and stage your new space
to make it come alive.

In Person Meeting
We will come to your home/business for an initial consultation, discuss your vision, needs, budget, timeframe, etc.

Contract
If you chose to move forward with your project and hire us to help you, a retainer is collected to begin work. We will take measurements of the existing space and discuss in depth your needs for an initial design.

Design Phase
About 2 weeks after the contract to hire us is signed, we will produce a design with 3D renderings for review. We will discuss likes, dislikes, changes, etc and produce drawings/plans to submit to your contractor for review.

Bid Phase
If you chose to have us manage your project, we will meet with contractors during this bid phase for full walk-through of the project space and answer contractors’ questions on your behalf

Construction Phase
During construction, we will make weekly visits to the project to ensure the details of the plans are implemented, trouble shoot when unexpected construction issues arise, acting as your advocate. We will manage materials, fixtures and supplies to ensure they are on the site when they are needed.

Styling / Staging
At the end of the project, once the last bit of construction dust is cleared, we stay on the job to complete the look. From window treatments, pillows, furniture and accessories, we will come in and pull the whole space together. We contract with an interior photographer to take professional photos of your space for our business portfolio. Purchasing of the finishing touches is completely optional but most of our clients LOVE the end result and most often than not want to keep them!
