Meet The Team

Guided by her lifelong love of architecture and design, Alysha earned her B.A. in Art History and Architectural Design from Hofstra University in 1999. She then went on to earn her Masters in Interior Design, NESAD at Suffolk University. She founded her first interior design company, All Phase Design Services in 2004 which focused on high end interior design with an emphasis on individual style and functionality. After years of working with her clients and being their advocate in discussions with their contractors, Alysha went on to receive her Construction Supervisor – Unrestricted license and form Alluring Concepts in 2013. Alysha believes that home owners, designers, and contractors should work as one team to help the vision come to life. She believes strongly that, as with most trades, the lingo, norms, and general standards can be frustrating to non-tradesmen (i.e., the homeowners). Alluring concepts bridges the gap and ensures that the client’s dreams and wants are heard above all else. Above all, what drives her are the long-lasting friendships that began through the very work she dedicates his life to and the new relationships she makes with each project. When she is not passionately designing and advocating for her clients, Alysha enjoys spending time with her husband, travel, and personal design and carpentry projects.

Rob joined Alluring Concepts as the Chief of Operations after a 23-year career as an executive with a contracting company that specialized in exterior maintenance and capital improvement projects for the condominium and multi-unit residential market. He believes strongly in delivering high value, long term and low maintenance solutions for homeowners. Because of his experience, he knows the importance of creating a collaborative approach to the planning process so that homeowners can make an informed decision by knowing the facts, knowing the options and choosing a path forward. Ultimately, this will help homeowners protect the value of their homes, save money and reduce or eliminate the burden on ongoing maintenance. Rob grew up on the South Shore and attended Providence College, where he played baseball and graduated with a marketing degree in 1996. Rob is the proud dad of 4 kids and enjoys spending quality time with them. He especially enjoys watching his daughters’ dance competitions and attending his sons’ football and baseball games. Rob also enjoys golfing, travelling and watching his Boston sports teams.

Elyse assists and collaborates directly with Alysha on components of the interior design process to create a space that is distinct to each homeowner and client. She is inspired by the individual styles of each home and strives to enhance that charm through each element that brings a room to life. Elyse grew up on the South Shore and attended Notre Dame Academy in Hingham. After graduating High School, Elyse remained local and received a Bachelor of Arts from Emerson College in Boston. She put her arts degree to work for 20 years in Los Angeles while being employed in the Television Industry. Working on large budget performance shows, she produced and designed stage performances for both celebrities and emerging artists. Now a mother of 2 young daughters, Elyse has returned to her hometown and embarked on a new chapter of her career with Alluring Concepts. With her same passion for detail and artistic flair, Elyse brings a new and unique perspective to our company.

Chris is currently working as the Design Firm’s Production Manager, scheduling, organization, planning and meeting all clients, Chris’s present work experience is helped by his previous work experience of 20 years as a Lieutenant with the Massachusetts Department of Corrections. His abilities to organize, plan and schedule in the Correctional environment has been very helpful in the challenges of today building world of constant evolution of scheduling and order placement. Chris brings an element of informed decision making while keeping clients informed of daily developments in every aspect of their projects. Chris loves what he does, and that pride shows in his communication with Clients and personnel. Chris grew up on the South Shore with a very small family, his mom and dad were lifetime small businesses owners and the attention to detail has been instilled in the foundation of his outlook of providing for the customer. Chris attended the University of Massachusetts where he was a Philosophy Major and Criminal Justice minor, before starting a career in Public Safety.

Mark Hutchings grew up on the South Shore in a family of generations of tradesman, including experience with finished carpenters, framing and electrical trades. Mark holds an Accounting Degree from Bridgewater State University and has had his own tile business for over 15 years before becoming the Alluring Concepts Project Manager. He brings a wealth of skills and experience to his project management, from practical knowledge to great communication and organization. Mark lives on the South Shore with his wife and 2 wonderful daughters, who are his pride and joy. He enjoys quality family time, especially time spent together making homemade gourmet pizzas on the outdoor pizza oven Mark built himself! Mark enjoys the challenges of construction, and takes great pride in his work with guiding new projects to come to life.

Mike grew up on the South Shore of Massachusettsin a family of various Tradesman learning at a very young age the art of Craftsmanship. Mike attended Arcadia University and Northeastern University. He began his career almost 10 years ago gaining experience in high end custom carpentry in Boston working on Custom Brownstones. Mike used his high-quality standards and brought those standards to an additional skill of tile work. Mike takes considerable pride in himself in exceeding expectations by presenting a finished product with quality workmanship and attention to detail. Mike has an extraordinary eye and uses that talent toproblem solve. Mike is a great communicator and leads by example, he is the first on a project and the last to leave. He takes strength from his ability to felicitate the client’s vision. Mike continues to live on the South Shore and enjoys time spent with family and friends. The greatest joy of his life is his four-year-old son. Spending every possible moment outside of his career withhim, enjoying dinos, Legos and teaching soccer.

Mark Rodgers’ passion for creation began in his childhood, where he fostered a love for tinkering and learning diverse trades from his relatives and friends. This early exposure to craftsmanship fueled his journey, leading him to restore his first car entirely and later attend the renowned North Bennet Street School in Boston woodworking school, specializing in heirloom-quality furniture.Mark has created a handmade furniture piece for his Holiness the Dalai Lama, an honor only bestowed on a handful of people in the world. Today, Mark leverages his extensive knowledge and skills to design and execute unique projects across various mediums. He takes pride in his ability to manage a project from conception to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and a seamless client experience. Over the years, Mark has dedicated himself to crafting one-of-a-kind pieces that become treasured possessions for his clients. His dedication to personalized design and meticulous execution ensures each creation reflects the client’s vision and stands the test of time. Mark enjoys spending his personal time with his 2 dogs and girlfriend.

Born in Boston and raised on the South Shore, Jack Campo comes from a lineage of highly skilled craftsmen. True to his name he’s a Jack of all trades with expertise in carpentry, finish work, high end painting and tiling. What motivates him most are custom builds, problem solving and using his creativity. Jack currently lives in Quincy with his family and spends most of his free time seeking adventure in all things recreational. His favorite thing to do aside from working with his hands is snowboarding epic terrain with his wife.
